This summer the High Museum dishes up Cinematic Feasts: A Celebration of Food & Film... Local Atlanta restaurants will sponsor receptions before the films and will conduct free food demonstrations. In addition to two directors, Lynne Hoffman Keating and Cheuk Kwan, who will appear to discuss their work on June 12, the festival includes some of Atlanta’s most acclaimed chefs and food writers. Among them are chefs David Waller of Sundown Cafe, Marla Adams of Babette’s Cafe, Rafih Benjelloun of The Imperial Fez, Scott Peacock of Watershed, and Atlanta Magazine dining critic Christiane Lauterbach. Participating restaurants include: Sundown Cafe, The Food Studio, Babette’s Cafe, and La Tavola Trattoria.
